If you are interested in learning how to make beautifully decorated cookies then this is the class for you. 
 
Let's make a batch of Royal Icing together. In this class you will learn how to make my signature Royal Icing using my personal recipe. I will walk you through the step by step process and help you find the perfect consistency to decorate your own set of cookies. Together we will change the icing consistency to get smooth and seamless results. We will color, bag and prepare the icing to decorate together. 
 
 You will learn how to outline, flood and add details to your cookies.  We will decorate 4 sweet design cookies together. This is a 3 hours class filled with tips and tricks to improve your decorating skills. This class will be kept small and is design to be a hands on personal learning experience. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like. It’s fun to learn together. 
 
 All tools & supplies will be provided for you to use in class. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is made along with the location address. Classes are taught in my home on the back Patio in Cerritos Ca. If you are unable to attend the class please make arrangements to have somebody take your place. No refunds for classes. In the event that WE cancel a class, fees will be refunded.
 
At the end of class you will receive a goodie bag with a few decorating supplies and my personal Royal Icing recipe.
